A 60 Days High-Performance Challenge

Today, I'm going to be talking about the 60 days high-performance challenge that I started on the 31st of March, 2023. Which means if you're reading this right now, you can still join me in the challenge. Now, what is the purpose of this high-performance challenge?

It is incorporating the idea that "Winning Is A Habit". And the reason why it will be lasting for 60 days is because I'm turning 30 on June 3rd, which is like 60 days from now. In other words, I'm bringing this winning habit into the last 60 days of my 20s.

During these 60 days, we'll be doing 4 things every single day and then one unique task once a week. And this is how it's going to look like:

The first thing we'll be doing is picking a diet and sticking to it. For me, I'll be sticking to a specific macro count and a caloric intake.

The second thing is going to be a workout every single day and it doesn't matter the type of workout you'll be doing. It could be a walk, weightlifting, or cardio, it doesn't fucking matter. Just do it for a minimum of 45 minutes daily.

The third thing we will be doing is either prayer or meditation or visualization for at least 10 minutes every single day.

For the fourth thing, we will be reading a book or listening to a podcast or an audiobook for at least 30 minutes every single day.

And then once a week, we are going to take a progress photo and share our results. So the bonus in this is sharing your journey.

That means for the next 60 days, I'll be posting weekly on my story, and sharing my journey in this transformation.

So there you have it guys. Now, I know you may be wondering why I'm sharing this with you and why didn't I just keep it to myself.

Well, aside from the fact that I wanted you to know what I'll be doing in the next 60 days, I also wanted to challenge you to join me because I so much believe this will change your life.

Again, when we're on this journey, I encourage you to take the bonus seriously by sharing your journey and you'll be surprised at what comes with challenging yourself like this. In fact, let me quickly share a story with you so you fully understand why I'm doing this.

Back in 2018, Tiffany and I had a goal of doing one deal per month because, in 2017, it took us 6 months to get our first deal. As a matter of fact, we closed that one deal in December 2017. So we made up our mind to do 12 deals in 2018 which is one deal per month.

Now, this is where it got interesting. Right after we closed that deal in December rolling into January 1st, we did this challenge called "The Ultimate Entrepreneur Challenge". It was also a 60 days challenge. During this challenge, we chunked away 10 days at a time and we started with running for 7 minutes non-stop.

And then on day 55, five days before the ultimate challenge, we were tasked with running for an hour and twenty minutes non-stop. At this point in time, I had never even ran for 20 minutes non-stop, let alone for an hour or even an hour and twenty minutes, but I did it.

The next thing I said to myself was, surely we are going to be running for 2 hours straight during this challenge but when we arrived there, it was announced the night before the challenge that we were going to be running for 4 hours non-stop. You know what? I still showed up the next day and I did it.

Here's the interesting lesson about this story:

We often limit ourselves with how we set our goals. For example, that year, Tiffany and I had set our goals to do 12 rehabs but guess what? We ended up doing 40 rehabs. In fact, in the first 30 days of the challenge, we locked up 3 deals and that became our new goal moving forward. Anything less than that became unacceptable. At the end of the year, we more than tripled what we thought we were capable of doing.

In a nutshell, when you stretch yourself and put yourself in this kind of environment or challenge, there's no way you won't succeed. Now, let me make this clear, I'm not a believer in luck. For me, luck is truly when preparation meets opportunity.

So the purpose of these next 60 days is to prepare ourselves for any opportunity that comes knocking. And when that opportunity knocks, we better be ready and prepared to capitalize on it. And there's no better time to start preparing than now.

Again, if you would like to join me in this high-performance challenge, it is never too late to start. You can still join me today and become the best version of yourself 60 days from now. And for the last time, don't forget to share your journey.
